BOOT CAMP & GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Strength Classes

Our applied Strong and Lean Strength classes will add lean muscle and burn body fat in the one workout. Great for anyone wanting to get in shape fast. We use a combination of

squats, pulls, pushes, lifts, carries using barbells, dumbbells,

sleds, kettle-bells, and ropes.


HIIT Classes

High-Intensity Interval Training. Think fast-paced training sessions that are sweaty, heart-pounding, using a variety of strength-training tools such as kettle-bells, dumbbells, Olympic rings, barbells, ropes, medicine balls, sleds, and a variety of other bodyweight exercises. Carve out the lean sexy body you've always wanted.
