My name is Dave Christie and I am the head coach at Oxford Performance Centre.
Oxford Performance Centre helps clients to transform their body and change their lives. We teach our amazing clients the right training programs for their body type, the right nutritional strategy to reach their goals and the mindset to make the change and continue with a new and improved lifestyle.
We help our clients gain the knowledge and understanding they need to make a permanent change.
I help people that are struggling with their health and fitness to understand how to use weight training, proper nutrition and the right mindset to transform their bodies, boost their confidence and change their lives.
I run my coaching business to help change as many lives as I can. I know so many people struggle to get the body they want. It's my vision to bridge the gap between the body you have and the body of your dreams.

OUR SERVICES
Semi Private Group Fitness Classes
Small group fitness classes that focus on building lean muscle, burning fat and cardio health. We offer High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes for fat burning and cardio health and fitness, Strength Sessions for building lean muscle, burning fat and building overall strength. We run classes in the morning, lunchtime and evening session Monday to Friday and we have weekend classes too.
1 on 1 Personal Training
1 on 1 personal training in our private, state of the art studio overlooking Taylor Square. We focus on transforming our clients' performance mentally & physically. Our customised transformation programme uses proven training methods and nutritional systems to give you the results you desire.
Nutrition Coaching
One on One nutrition coaching on guidance that fits your lifestyle so you can get the most out of your training
Transformation Challenges
Training for members who want to test their limits, a program designed to meet goals faster. A combination of Small Private Group Classes with 1 on 1 Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching
